Wade did various electrical jobs in my century old house such as updating the electrical panel and outdated lighting in the basement. Not only does he do an amazing job in tackling the electrical challenges that an old house presents but he also gave me great advice on lighting decor. He is always pleasant and gives clear explanations about the jobs he does. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My partner and I called Wade to come out and look at our heating system (we've had 900$ power bills in the winter when running this system). We were genuinely looking forward to having a professional come out and determine what the problem was. Upon Wades arrival my partner greeted him by telling him how grateful he was that he was here - Wade responded in an aggressive manner with a "you know it's a 2 hour minimum, right? 187.50". Well of course we didn't expect to call someone out for free, but we told him that he failed to mention that on the phone. Without hesitation or conversation Wade got back into his vehicle and told my fiancé that we "wasted his time" and thanked us for "making him drive out here for nothing". We feel that Wade completely discriminated against my partner for looking young, when in fact he is 33. A simple conversation would have remedied the situation and he would have left with a paid job, but Wade demonstrated a total lack in communication skills. If we can pay 900$ bimonthly to heat our home we definitely don't mind paying someone a small fraction of that to save us money in the future. We are very disappointed and this has left an incredibly negative view of his company with us. We will be sure to not recommend his services to anyone.
