I had problems with my lights they kept flickering. I called (Modern Tech Electric) and they send a tech right away to Inspect the issue. After their initial inspection they said my electrical panel needs to be changed. They set up Hydro and ESA and had me all fixed up the right way. These guys are the best at what they do.
