I dealt with Kevin and Paul and they were wonderful in every way. Very knowledgeable, didn't try to up-sell me to higher prices products and services that I didn't need (unlike some of their competition which can feel a bit annoying and pushy). I'll definitely be going with them again. Prices were fair, and I actually felt that they were doing their best to keep the costs low for me as opposed to trying to escalate the project and say that more work is required than there actually is. Great job guys. You've earned yourselves an ongoing customer for both my rental property and my home. Kornel

My family has been using Knight Electrical Contractors for about 10 years. They have helped us through 2 remodels and several other smaller jobs all over the house. They have always been professional and prompt when they book for work being done. The prices were very competitive compared to other quotes we got early on, and I haven't needed to shop around for my last few jobs as I am confident the price will be fair. Also we've always found the quality of the electrical repairs and remodels to be excellent. The parts / fixtures used are so much better than what the builder used. We were very pleased. The most recent job was a kitchen renovation and the job looks fantastic. The electricians have also been very pleasant to deal with, even when i have tons of questions along the way, and I make last minute changes to the original plan. I have complete confidence the work done is done right and that the price will be fair. I would strongly recommend Knight Electrical for any homeowner.

Called company to install new smoke detectors, they advised that the basement detector was connected incorrectly, they installed the one and in the process disconnected the door bell. Numerous phone calls, numerous messages to come by and fix. No returned calls. Had to hire another Company to repair there error. Would not recommend them.

In a word, working with Knight Electrical Contractors Ltd was fantastic. Our project required a lot of coordination with HydroOne and that was handled perfectly by Knight Electrical. The work required several visits by electricians on several different dates and every time, the team was on time and did their work perfectly. The team always explained what they were about to do and answered questions thoroughly. As a costumer, I want the work done by experienced professionals and done as per our agreed to timeline. Inspections were required and that process went perfectly, with no issues. Great communication, fair price, high quality work, certified professionals, excellent coordination of events, no surprises and perfect end result. We would recommend Knight Electrical to anyone, without hesitation.

Brutal. They send Junior employees that have no idea what they are doing and leave a mess and cause damage. The only thing they're good at is harassing you for payment for their shoddy work.
