Contacted the owner after electricians left to confirm what hours were billed. He told me the price included time both in the home and travel, and that I signed for 3 hours. The electricians were here roughly 90 minutes - excellent work - and left. I will add that the shop is 7 minutes from my home IN rush hour (google maps). I questioned the owner about this unusual amount of "drive time", he ignored my emails and sent me an invoice by mail for 3 hours at $120/hr.

This is the 2nd Time they cancelled me one hour after they were already supposed to be here while I was sitting here waiting took the morning off work had my area prepped for him and then they called me an hour after that and said they had to cancel it due to a medical emergency funny thing is I have this company come to my house about 23 months ago and this is exactly what they did last time to family emergency had to cancel it halfway into my appointment so disappointed with the service don’t ever get them to come to your house. Natasha was the same woman who called both times
