Greg came in to help put a receptacle in our unit for a washer and dryer. Upon completion of this job, he had a conversation behind my back to my landlord about some other electrical work. He then came to me and said "I don't want to cause any trouble but".....and proceeded to tell me about some issue with a light fixture that was installed. The problem is, he already caused trouble by going to the landlord prior to talking to me first. Further, he stated to me, about a problem with a light fixture he noticed was "not to code". He then stated he could come back and sort that out and it would only cost "a couple hundred dollars" because it was "an easy fix". He then proceeded to come in on a day we did not agree upon because he couldn't figure out what day it was, and then came in the next day and charged me over three times the quote he gave, without informing me or receiving my consent to the much MUCH higher price. He has an issue with his ego. He thinks his work is superior to anyone elses which is just a pissing match in my opinion. I DO NOT recommend this company because they are scammers, cheats and will bill you whatever the hell they feel like without informed consent. There are a lot of other qualified electricians who don't snow you over like Greg did to me. Also, upon stating my concern to Greg for the inflated bill.....he has gone radio silent. Great professionalism there.

My daughter was in the middle of her exams when the power failed. I called the next day to get someone to check our power, and outlets so it doesn't happen again. A few other places said it would take 2-3 weeks before they could send someone out. When I spoke to Greg at Ermosa electric, he heard my plight and understanding the importance of online exams, he said he will finish a job previously booked, then head on over. I was pleasantly surprised that he said he would check on it that day. Not only did he check and fix the outlets, he took the time to explain why it happened. I would highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone.

Greg was initially contacted to redo some lights in the boardroom at our office. His willingness to take on all that we asked - new ceiling, drywall, plus the original scope of the new pot lights and over table lamp has really impressed us all. We have kept Greg working at the office with numerous other projects, like rewiring our entire electrical room, and a building expansion.
