Mark squeezes us in during the covid pandemic. We needed a hot tub wired. It was a relatively small job. He asked us to be patient & he’d send a crew over in between jobs. The were there in a week, were in & out in a flash, all at a reasonable price.A week later I had a problem inside the house, completely unrelated. He sent his go over first this in the morning. He was in & out in under half an hour. No charge! Small business attention to customer care. I can’t say enough about the service. FYI, they’re busy guys, if it’s a small job be patient, he’ll get to you. You’ll be happy you waited in the end. Thanks very much Mark!
