Very frustrating experience. Work that could have been completed in a day, and ESA inspected within a day or two after, took three trips over two weeks. I had to do the legwork myself to ensure the work completed was adequate for my needs and would pass inspection by calling the inspector directly to confirm what I already knew. The customer shouldn't have to verse themselves in safety code to get a $2000 job done right. It became clear that the electricians were unfamiliar with how to install a ceramic kiln and changed the agreed upon plan after I hired them. After the wiring was finally fixed it still didn't pass and more work had to be done. No acknowledgment or apologies offered on their part. The whole process caused a lot of unnecesesary stress.
