They are very mindful of your time as they were very punctual. After the initial estimate of the job, I had forgotten to add a new light fixture I needed to have installed. Unnecessary holes made in ceiling but know they are just trying to solve issue.....just feel they could have tried other options first to understand power source. Ultimately was able to determine source which was overlooked. Prompt service and professional.

I unfortunately had issues with the initial quote and had some miscommunication to what needed to be inspected. After firmly discussing my issues and needs the inspection was finally done. If I didn't have initial communication issues I would have given them 4.5 stars but with this issues I give them 3 stars. Just make sure you ask questions and ensure you are getting the services you agree upon.

Went in with a cost in my head and it was well under what I thought I was going to pay. They performed all the requirements perfectly. They arrived when they said they would. There was a small modification to the requirements as we decided to add a dimmer switch and it was handled during the callout. The one item that I want to point out is the outstanding communication. Every time we corresponded there was a follow up email. When we booked the free visit we got an email detailing the appointment, after the free visit we were emailed a detailed quote, approval of the quote was online on the email, after the approval an email detailing the scheduled job as approved, after the job an automated email with the invoice and a review of the service. It was perfect! I have had many contractors come through my house for various requirements, some good experiences and some bad. As a normal homeowner I understand the pain of hiring individuals to perform a task and not being satisfied with the process or result and still having to pay for it. You just want someone that you can trust to understand what you want and do a good job. When you find that electrician, plumber, etc that you can trust to do a good job, you hold onto that person/company and pray to dear god that they never retire. I have more electrical work to be done and I'll be happy to pay Blais Electric to do it.

I called Blais Electric at the suggestion of one of their competitors, who did not have time to do the job I needed done to ensure the safety of tenants I have moving into my property on October 1. Alyssa at the office arranged for Kyle to have a look the next day, and then Blais rearranged other projects to get mine in. The work completed in less than 2 days was installation of fixtures and switches as well as removal of knob and tube wiring that I discovered accidentally; I had previously had work done by another company some years ago and believed I had no more of it in the house. Kyle and Tom were friendly, fast, thorough, detailed, tidy and they did minimal damage to the walls (see photo), so the patchwork will be quick and easy. At a time when customer service and quality of work seems rare, this business really stands out. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thanks to Patrick and his team!
