Been using Arc for years now for all my needs residential and commercial and every electrician I get are always polite, clean, prompt, fast and knowledgeable. Bad Service - Schedule Appointments and They Don't Show Up

They keep drilling through my plumbing pipes on a residential job and every unit is the same and they just keep drilling through them anyways even though they are clearly visible and in the same location on every unit.

Ok I wasn't ecstatic about them showing up 20 minutes late but I'm still happy that it happened and that I got my fuses fixed properly. They were respectful of the family cat and even pet them to assure Oscar (the cat lol.)
