I am so grateful with how easy this was! Our back-up battery/surge protector failed for all our network router/panel devices to our office, so we had no internet or phones then a temporary fix for overnight. They had the unit we needed overnighted and were at the office at 8.30am waiting for us to open the doors so they could do the install.
