Spent over 100 to have my furnace repaired after they left it died again. Guess I'll have to spend another 100+ just to have them come back. Not happy.

I went in to get a quote on powder coating my rims & the guy said he would run numbers and get back to me the next couple days. I called back a week later he said he forgot. I went in another week after and he said oh yeah I forgot to call you but I’ve had your numbers for a while. Then I tell him to order in the colour and supplies needed and let me know once they arrive. Meanwhile he directs me to arrange a plan for removing my tires off my rims. He says he will be in touch within the next 10 business days to discuss a booking. He never called. I went back they said nobody ever ordered the paint nor was there any notes about said order being needed. For a $1200 job you think they put a little effort into their customer service. I will never bring any business to them. Not gonna give someone my money if they don’t care. My advice to them is treat your customers as your number one priority and train your staff accurately.

I want to give a Shout Out to Kenny @LSM. He came out to our house to find out why our fan wasn't blowing on our furnace. He was very professional, and showed me exactly what the problem was. He needed a part and had to make a 20 minute drive back into Grande Prairie. He was back in record time, and had our furnace up and running in no time. Kenny was extremely kind and very knowledgeable in his profession. Thank you so much!

We have used LSM for all our HVAC needs for the last 13 years. Our last experience was the installation of air conditioning and new thermostat. They showed up on time, gave excellent instructions on how to operate and maintain the air conditioning unit and when they leave there is never anything to be cleaned up. I highly recommend LSM.

They do good work. And won't milk you. One lady was kinda a grouch when I asked for service department. There are multiple doors and departments within the building..... rolling eyes and attitude are not required with a simple question. However the lady with service/repair was much nicer

I contacted this company to have my fireplace serviced and to have a fan put in. I was told both could be done, and I would be contacted in one to two days for pre-payment on the fan. A week went by and I was not contacted, so I followed up and they said they were waiting reply from the supplier. Another week went by so I followed up again and they said the supplier is not responsive but they could book the fireplace service. I found the fan I needed online and sent them the link and asked if I ordered it, would they be able to install it. That was a few days ago and no reply. Will be going with another company.

All around great experience! Decided it was time for a furnace upgrade. Called LSM for a quote, they sent someone to my home a few days later to measure, and assess the needs. I had a quote in email the next day with 3 options. Called and discussed the options and differences and indicated I'd like to move forward. Install booked for one week later. 2 gentlemen showed up on time, installed the new furnace, took away the old one, and relocated my thermostat for me at my request. They did a clean and professional install, all the new venting and everything looks very nice and neat. Cleaned up all their mess and were overall just great guys. Even gave them a $20 to buy themselves coffee and breakfast on me for the next day.

Exceptional service from LSM! I work for a local fleet company, we needed a specialty bracket duplicated in a pinch and they were able to manufacture the bracket cheaper than our usual supplier. Shoutout to Owen for handling our order in a timely matter. Wouldn't go anywhere else in GP for sheet metal needs!

I phoned them to make the furnace service. They said that they will call me back to make appointment , but nobody call me back. I called them second time to remind them about me. They said me again that will call me back to make appointment !!! After two weeks nobody called me ( I left my phone number, my email address) . So I will say that they not care about customers!!!
