Had amazing detail on all the answers to my questions and I still can't believe how clean the whole install was. Price was on point as well. Furnace quit working Sunday night and -32 outside. I tried to troubleshoot what I could but couldn’t seem to figure it out. Called Indoor Elements and they came within the hour late in the evening and had the problem fixed in an hour. They also replaced our hot water tank last spring in no time at all. Definetly recommend these guys.

The owner is an amazingly smart and talented man who grew this company into what it is. He is probably one of the leading HVAC experts in Canada. The manager and technicians however are not. Ask to see your technicians qualifications next time these guys come do your service call, chances are he is a inexperienced apprentice working unsupervised. They generally have 1 or 2 overworked journeyman or talented apprentices and a army of apprentices who couldn't troubleshoot the most basic of faults on their own. Quantity vs quality has turned this company from one of the best into spin the wheel... the technician you get on that day will determine how good or bad your service will be

They definitely take advantage of people in need. I got charged 4 1\2 hits labour ($660) for a total of 1 hour of actual work. There shop is 15 minutes from my house and for sure 3 hours of that is travel time. Total rip off and will be sure to let everyone know that

$326 to thaw frozen pipes that lasted 2 days then almost $400 for second visit for zero results. Over $700 bill for January for 2 days water. I cannot recommend them although they were VERY prompt with billing!

Single Mom without heat called and a man came was here for 1 hour and charged 1.5 hours I called to see if there was anyway to decrease the overtime rate? The answer was No,, interesting doing what I said Single Mom !!! Nothing they would do Good to know

Expensive. Charged 9 hours of labour for wiring in a hot tub which I already ran the cable in the house and dug the trench. 3 of those hours was the tech “searching for parts”. Would not recommend.

Indoor Elements is my go-to service provider for heating/cooling and plumbing. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and know their trades! Rates are good, service is professional and response is quick. I have several rental units as well as my residence with them on a Service Agreement (highly recommended) to ensure that I’m on their “response list” should a problem arise. They also schedule annual winterization maintenance — furnaces only fail when they’re working ie. when you need them!

Took 3 guys nearly 16 hours to do a basic furnace and waterheater replacement. Waterheater was done in the afternoon but they took until 1030 at night before we had heat. House was 12° most of the afternoon and night. It was 1am before they finally cleaned up and left. Large Extra fees afterwards and overall not very impressed.

I have an extremely old furnace which needed some love. I called Indoor Elements to look at it, they came out as soon as they could. They replaced some parts and cleaned it up a bit - I was expecting to hear I need a new furnace but they said the work they did on it should last me the winter. They were honest and upfront with me which I am extremely thankful for. The owner even came out to make sure I was taken care of. When I need a new furnace, I will use this company. Honest, professional and through - can't say enough.

Called indoor elements for the part, they had it in stock, and Gord quickly drove to their shop for me (after hours), and got me the part to make sure I got my furnace up and running.
