Super slow, seller ask other seller for basic questions. Just what he's doing there.

(Translated) I'm surprised this place is still open !!! 1st. They only have 2 rep's working out of this location which makes the service super slow, especially if one of them calls in sick. 2nd. due to this location being short staffed, they are often closed from noon-1pm, and they rarely answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to Guillevin or Franklin, at least they have staff to service their customers. Ils ne disposent que de 2 représentants travaillant à cet endroit, ce qui rend le service très lent, surtout si l'un d'eux appelle malade. 2e. en raison de la pénurie de personnel dans cet endroit, ils sont souvent fermés de midi à 13 heures et répondent rarement au téléphone. Rendez-vous service et rendez-vous à Guillevin ou Franklin, au moins ils ont du personnel pour servir leurs clients. Nedco n'est évidemment pas sérieux au sujet du service à la clientèle, s'ils l'étaient, il y aurait des personnes supplémentaires travaillant à cet endroit pour aider les clients.
