Well, he tells me what kind of cable? I told him again 14x3. Big short story, he made me the moral that he was not there to give advice and that I had to have precise information on the articles! I clearly saw that he had no intention of helping me! I told him to drop everything and he could close it and I would go shopping elsewhere! I went to home depot, and yes, it cost me more but the advice I received was worth it! I do not understand that an electrician can not understand what is a 30 amp cable to connect a dryer or cable 14x3 for a 3way switch in a bathroom inside the house. Clearly, this person was not there to help me and just wanted to close shop. Very disappointed with my experience and will never go there again! Et me dit qu’il ferme à 17h00 et a beaucoup de chose à faire avant de fermer. Il me dit également qu’il n’était pas question que je paye comptant car ça caisse était déjà fait! Je lui demande donc de laisser faire l’estimation de prix et que voulais acheter un cable 10x3 pour installer une sécheuse. Il me dit quelle sorte de cable au juste? Je lui dit pour installer une sécheuse, 10x3 30 amp. Il voulait que je lui confirme que je parlais du cable orange. Je lui ai donc dit oui! Devrait être ça! Je voulais pas la suite avoir un cable 14x3 pour installer une switch 3way dans ma salle de bain. Et bien là, il me dit quelle sorte de cable? Je lui redit 14x3. Grande histoire courte, il m’a fait la morale sur le fait qu’il n’était pas là pour donner des conseils et que je devais avoir les indications précis sur les articles! J’ai clairement vu qu’il n’avait aucune intention de m’aider! Je lui ai mentionné de tout laisser tomber et qu’il pouvait procéder à sa fermeture et que j’irais faire mes achats ailleurs! Je suis aller chez home dépôt, et oui, ça m’a coûté plus chère mais les conseils que j’ai reçu valait ça! Je ne comprend pas qu’un marchand d’électricité ne peux comprendre c’est quoi un cable de 30 amp pour brancher une sécheuse ou un cable de 14x3 pour une switch 3way dans une salle de bain à l’intérieur de la maison. Clairement, cette personne n’était pas là pour m’aider et voulais simplement fermer boutique. Très déçu de mon expérience et n’irai plus jamais là!
