We managed to have an appointment the same day and Jim made us a small hole in his schedule to make the necessary repairs, which actually took longer than expected. Nous avons réussit a avoir un rendez-vous la journée même et Jim nous a fait un petit trou dans son horaire pour effectuer les réparations nécéssaire, qui ont d'ailleur été plus longue que prévue. Malgré tout, il a fait la job jusqu"au bout sans rien négliger. Minutieux, poli et courtois, moi et mon conjoint avons été très satisfait du service. Nous prévoyons refaire affaire avec lui dans le futur pour un autre projet.
