I was having trouble with my gas furnace and gave Chris a call. He was quick to offer some troubleshooting tips which had me on the right track in no time. He pointed me toward Desrosiers for parts which are about 1/2 the retail price. If I ever find myself needing some serious repairs I will be a paying customer for sure!

Highly recommended! Was able to squeeze us in within a week of my call during the busy summer season where the demand for A/C service grows higher as the outside temperature continues to climb. Diagnosed and repaired the hack job that the Gazifère technician muddled a few weeks ago when they came to clean our rented furnace. Great customer service; explained in plain English the repairs that were made, and even provided a recommendation on how to get our unit to function more efficiently. It’s a busy, small business, so setting up an appointment via e-mail is their preferred method of communication.

My older gas furnace's pilot light wasn't staying lit for some reason, so I decided I would contact Energie Eardley for assistance. Chris answered the phone and gave me some quick instructions of things to try out before having him come out there for a service call. Sure enough his advice worked and my furnace is back up and running. He offered this advice at NO COST simply because he understands the value of building trust with a customer rather than profit from a service call. I know this place will be the only place I call when I get around to replacing and upgrading my furnace in the future.

(Translated) Disappointing. Air conditioning poorly installed by the company. Because of that, we had water damage and water infiltration into the basement! This causes us problems and we have to do renovations, repainting etc ... And of course at our expense! No compensation from the company! (Original) Décevant. Air climatisé mal installé par la compagnie. A cause de ça, nous avons eu un dégât d’eau et infiltration d’eau jusqu’au sous sol ! Ceci nous cause des problèmes et nous devons faire des travaux de rénovation, repeinturage etc... Et bien sûr à nos frais! Aucun dédommagement par la compagnie !

This is hands down the best repair company for AC. Chris came to our house a day only after the service call while other companies had 2 weeks wait and some of them would not touch our Sears kenmore AC, others would try to sell us a new one. He found the problem and fix it in 15 minutes. Impeccable services, fast and great price. Thanks again Chris !
