I call these electricians in the morning at 10 o'clock and I am told they have to go over to make sure of the installation. I agree and I am given appointment between noon and 16: 00hrs. They are never present and never return to call them. They have a mail service on their website and I use it; the lady answers that Manuel (the electrician) will call me back immediately. No call back. Moral of the story no water, no sump or septic installation, loss of food in the freezer and fridge and no calls for these rotten. At the limit when have overbook, the least of it is to call the customer and tell him to find another electrician ... no call from them. So I suggest you take another firm for your work because I imagine a big contract that would become late and their attitude of I do not care about you ... .. (Original) Nous sommes en pleine crise de verglas le 4 Janvier 2017 et je demeure en campagne donc besoin d’électricité pour avoir de l’eau et les installations septiques ainsi que sump pump. J’ai une génératrice mais j’ai besoin d’un fils pour by passer mon panneau électriques et ce en toutes sécurité. J’appelle ces électriciens le matin à 10 heures et on me dit qu’ils doivent passer pour s’assurer de l’installation. Je suis d’accord et on me donne rendez vous entre midi et 16:00hrs. Ils ne ce sont jamais présenter et jamais retournez les appellent. Ils ont un service de messagerie sur leur site web et je l’utilise; la dame répond que Manuel (l’électricien) vas me rappeler immédiatement. Aucun retour d’appelle. Morale de l’histoire pas d’eau, pas de sump ou installation septiques, perte de bouffe au congélateur et frigidaire et aucun appelle de ces pourris. A la limite quand ont overbook, la moindres des choses est d’appeler le client et lui dire pour qu’ils trouvent un autres électricien…non aucun appelle de eux. Donc je vous suggère de prendre une autre firme pour vos travaux car je m’imagine un gros contrat qui deviendrais en retard et leur attitude de je m’en fou de toi…..
