Crosby Electric: Excellent, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous client service! Excellent service - recently when the light fixture in my dining room stopped working, I looked at the light bulb to replace it & noticed it was an unusual type. Patt at Crosby Electric discovered that it was a very "uncommon type" of light bulb. Within 24 hours of taking the old one, he had managed to track down a new one of this RARELY USED TYPE of light bulb and went above and beyond to install it in time for the arrival of my dinner party guests! I would highly recommend Crosby Electric in Ottawa, Ontario for any electrical needs!

We did a large kitchen reno this spring. Simply put, Pat was fantastic. He was timely with his quote, his work, his response to communications. His quote was very fair and competitive. His work was top quality, he truly has a pride in his workmanship. Very knowledgeable not just on wiring etc but on where to place lights, proper height etc. Very professional and respectful, he treated our home as his own. Highly recommend Crosby Electric!!!
