I just called to ask for services, we just moved from Winnipeg to Gatineau, so we don't speak French yet. I asked him can you speak English, he answered me very rude "Why? I don't speak English, what do you want. I said I need to replace electric panel, he said very rude. I can do it next year only. Very rude not professional and without respect to customers. I think it's because I speak English. That's not nice. Not recommend his services at all!

Despite his very busy schedule he accepted to take care of our elctricity problems with a relatively short notice. Several minor problems he addressed with great professionalism . Undoubtedly very experienced and knowledgeable. He spent with us much more time than intially expected and was keen on explaining in detail what he was doing. His pricing is more than reasonable. I recommend his services.
