I contacted Matthew Beehler for some electrical work at my house. He sent Doug the next day. Everything was done in a proper time and the work was done clean and up to standard. While doing the work, I asked for a few other things to be completed and Doug had no issue with the extra jobs. The billing was done quick, I didn’t have to wait and was priced exactly where it should have been. Real professional.

Beware of outrageous charges on your invoice! I called this company after hours after my main breaker switch wouldn't turn back on. The admin I spoke with advised me that the technician could inform me of the cost. When I spoke to the technician on the phone and at arrival (approximately 630PM/830PM respectively on a Monday night) he said the office would provide the cost and an invoice. The technician was in my house for less than 5 minutes. The only thing he did was hit my breaker panel with a hammer and then when that didn't work advised me my breaker switch was no good and needed replacing... which I already knew and advised on the phone. He couldn't fix that night as he needed to get a part from his supplier. I went the night without power. He was able to get a part and change out the breaker switch the next day. I got an invoice for just under $1100. There was no communication of what their charge rates/overtime rates were, or that there was going to be a minimum service time charge of 2 hours for less than 5 minutes in my house (on top of their notification and truck charges). I understand minimum charge times are standard in the industry but even after I asked twice there was no communication on what these might be. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their charge rates are exorbitant and there was no communication to me about what they were.

I had the good fortune to meet Matt Beehler who visited my condo a couple of times to install electric heaters. On both occasions, he took care to offer the best available advice and to help me understand the reasons for his suggestion. When a change had to be made to my floor heaters, he met with the tile installer to work out the best solution to a difficult problem. He has often worked in my condo building and others nearby so he knows the electrical systems very well. I am grateful that he came up with an ingenious solution to my problem. Matt even gave me his cell phone number so that I could call him with questions. I have seldom come across such a knowledgeable, helpful, professional electrician. Thank you, Matt. I highly recommend the Beehler Brothers for any electrical problems.
