We had another electrician come to our house to take a look at our new home due to half the house had no power. When the other company came by they charged 140 dollars and told me the whole house needed to be rewired and that they couldn't do it. So I called Zap Electric and explained my situation and he advised that that seemed to be a bit of a drastic fix and that he would come by and take a look at it for us free of charge since we had already paid once and understood our situation. Within 10 minutes of being in our house he saw the error, the main switch was not making full contact as one of the pins had bent, he bent it back into place and my house was up and running. Will be using him from now on!

Drew was awesome! Came home from work to find a tree across our power lines. It pulled the meter off of the side of our house. Called Zap at 6pm. Drew was there by 9pm and had it repaired by 10pm. We are incredibly grateful for Drew and Zap Electric!

He went above and beyond by telling me how much to expect for high end estimates to middle and even low end estimates. The customer service that Drew provided me was absolutely outstanding!

I was happy with the work. We had more work, and they promised to call after returning from vacation. No call. I finally called, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. No one showed up or called. It’s disappointing to be kept hanging for weeks, and to wait all day for nothing. I prefer people to be upfront if they don’t want the work. We got someone else.

He was At our house for about a hour to find out why 5 outlets was not working (all from the same circuit) and charged us $266 for 5 single circuit diagnostic tests, plus $109 just for parking in my driveway. So $375 for an hours work. I don't think that Doctors get paid that much.

Hands down the best electrician in the River Valley! I called him around noon because I had 3 rooms in my house with no power, Drew was able to squeeze me in the same day as his last call for the day. He worked until he was able to find 2 of my breaker switches had literally burnt up. He removed them & had the parts on hand to replace on the spot.
