2-10 home warranty filed. Business didn’t contact within first 24 hours per agreement which I was understanding of. Contacted them and they said they “thought she called me.” They said they would come the next day. No called/no showed. 4 days later, I’ve now requested reassignment. May do good work, but I didn’t get the chance to experience it.

It was a pleasure to have Duboise Electric fix an electrical problem in our home. They were fast, thorough, highly professional, and very friendly. They came to our home on time and well prepared to fix our problem. After fixing the electrical problem they even put our ceiling fan and light fixture back up and made sure it was working.
