I hired a private electrician. Paid him cash and my hot tub still didn’t work. I waited, sent texts, had hope, hung in there....nothing. He was gone! Called Crescent, guy came the next day and fixed what the first guy didn’t. Bad dream is over! Lesson learned! Shout out to Crescent - my new best friends!

Booked appointment 3 days in advance, no electrician showed for appointment and no phone call explaining why. Called the company to find out the issue and I was told the electrician was called to another job, our mistake. Was not able to provide another electrician to do the job.

Moustafa was incredible! While renovating we ran into an issue, and we called them on a Sunday afternoon, he showed up a little bit later, and gave us an excellent quote. When he came by a couple days later, he was polite, his workmanship was excellent, and he was true to his quoted price. I happily recommend Crescent Electrical and would not hesitate to use them again!
