Niagara Electric - Had a whole bunch of no shows trying to get Lloyd out here to look at everything I needed done. Then he finally showed up out of the blue and I booked him. Had a cancellation because of rain and then he re-booked me for a week later. I got someone else who didn't show and re-booked Lloyd for the following week. Then had two cancellations in a row from him. I don't recommend him at all.

My experience with this company was professional and pleasant from start to finish. They were very courteous, they were very informative explaining exactly what they were planning on doing, their quote was good and they got the job done perfectly. Juno and Collin deserve no less then a 5 star for the service they provided at the Triplex I currently reside in. Many companies prior to them failed where they managed to succeed in less time and with more professionalism. They were pleasant to work with regardless of what you have to do around the house. Highly recommend hiring them for their knowledge in modern and pre-modern electrical wiring as well as efficiency and trustworthiness.

Juno and Colin were my Batman and Robin today! They fixed my HIGH overhead ceiling fan instead of using the new one I had bought and fixed my outside electrical plugs that having been working since our addition was built. A working outside plug will make my husband very happy. Really nice people to deal with, Niagara Electrical is my go company now, highly recommended.

Nothing beats good old fashioned customer service and knowhow. Juno and Colin showed up at exactly the time promised and stuck to their quoted price even after they found a complication that added a few hours to their day. Even after staying much longer than expected, they took the time to properly clean up and show me all the work they did. Both Juno and Colin were courteous and professional in their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for no-nonsense electrical work.

We received a notice of deficiency from the ESA for one of the properties we manage. We contacted Juno at Niagara Electrical to complete the work. Juno was able to complete the work within the very short time frame as set out by the ESA. Juno was able to process the permits required and communicate with the ESA to ensure everything was to code and prevented the power from being cut. Juno was very quick to respond and was very knowledgeable in the required processes. We will definitely be going back to Juno for future required work.

I wish I had more to say. Although the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and respectful, I couldn't book an appointment to get a quick repair done and to discuss a slightly larger project because they have no openings at all.
