Can't thank them enough for having a 5/8" x 28" V-Belt in stock for an urgent repair at my farm. Friendly and helpful, a valuable asset and true credit to the community.

Got a great deal on a toilet here. Almost paid $160 more at RONA for basically the same unit. They fetched it from the back quickly and even loaded it in my car for me. Great experience.

Nice displays but that's all.. Went there when we were renovating for ideas.. but there was nothing in stock whenever we asked about things we saw.. Everything had to be ordered. Understand this is small town store but not even a bathroom sink in stock ?!

Bought items that failed to work. They gave me a refund on one of the unopened boxes but refused to refund me on the opened box. Ace hardware rep said they couldnt restock the item because it was opened and refused to deal with their supplier to return a shoddy product. Ace hardware should either stand by their products or be willing to deal with their supplier. Now I am going to have to spend my time dealing with their supplier myself to get a measly $16 back. Should have went to Walmart as they would have taken it back.
