I have an older house where my electrical panel could no longer handle the demands and had to be upgraded. I researched online local electricians that could perform the job and called to request the estimates. Greg got back to me right away and came over to quote the project. I received other estimates and Integrity Electric was the clear choice when it came to price, responsiveness and communication. They handled everything when it came to the upgrade including coordination with local inspector and NYSEG. On the day of the job everything was done pretty fast, I was without electricity only for few hours which is impressive considering my electrical panel, meter and service cable had to be completely removed and replaced. Both NYSEG and local inspector did not find any problems and I was told the job was very well done. I would definitely hire Integrity Electric again as they were very fast and professional. My new panel looks very nice and all the wiring was done very neatly.

I hired Greg to install an outdoor inlet and interlock switch for a backup generator. He was responsive and on-time prior to the work. Greg ended up installing the inlet in a much more challenging part of the home that was initially requested to make it more convenient for me. It required him to fish wire over my basement drywall ceilings from one end of home to the other. He paid very close attention to detail as I witnessed him test and retest the interlock several times to ensure a quality and safe install. He walked me through the entire installation and how it all works. I highly recommend him.

He explained our options to us, was able to give us a reasonable quote on the spot, and gave us an estimate of when the work could be completed (the following week). Greg arrived at the planned time and did a great job, fishing the new wire behind the existing drywall with minimal holes required (of course, your milage may vary because every house and situation is different!). We're very happy with the results and really appreciate that we were able to get the job done quickly because we had a timeline with the garage door company. We are considering maybe getting our basement finished sometime soon; if we go ahead with that Greg will be our first call for the electrical work required.

We needed to replace the service drop, meter and panel. We obtained 3 estimates. Greg at Integrity was the only electrician to give me an on-the-spot estimate. Everything was clearly spelled out. I had to wait approx. a week to receive the other estimates via mail. Greg handles everything through his iPad, which is great. Very convenient. He said it would take a full day to complete the work. Integrity's wasn't the lowest bid, but true to his advertising, Greg was willing to match the lowest bid plus an additional 5% off. We scheduled a day to have the work completed. Greg showed up on time. He did a final inspection on the current setup and then left for a bit to obtain parts. Upon returning he went right to work and completed the job that evening. The completed work was neat, tidy and looked great. Greg is very meticulous and shows appropriate concern for the homeowner's property. I would definitely recommend him and won't hesitate to hire him again. Greg made the whole process from estimate to job completion effortless.

Now my house will be able to sell, Thanks to Sub-City electrical company. * Answer back to the owner response * ---- This is what he said to me in my text messages - "No. I know the process. I don't need your advise. I think you need to get someone else. I don't like the way your handling things. Good luck to you." First of all he asked me for my credit card numbers but before I do that I need to asked him a few questions before I give him my credit card numbers to protected myself from rip-off! All I asked him was if he still have my quote (because the prices need to be changed that some of the work are not needed plus I have a $100 coupon) and Greg need to called the power company which is National Grid to get the work order for the meter to moved outside because Greg or someone at his company told me that I need to call the power company to have the meter to moved outside otherwise Greg or his company won't do the jobs for me and I did called the national grid and they told me that Greg or his company need to called them...Jeez all that stupid confusion here that I have no ideas what to do next because Greg tell me one thing while the national grid tell me another but I think Greg is confusion me and not the national grid.....Then Greg got all pissed off just for that! Jeez I followed what Greg wanted me to do and I do it and all of sudden that he told me not to give him a "advice'...How rude of him.... BTW, I would give him my credit card numbers after those questions were answered which I mention above and the work was not needed to be done until on June 1st which is the day that my realtor recommend it...Greg said that in his response that I pushed him to get the work done which is not true! I did said that I need the work done asap but we never set-up the date yet and he can set-up the date whatever he's avaiable but hoping by June 1st but if he can't then I would I understand and I would go to someone else because my buyer want to move in soon!

He called me back almost immediately, I texted him a couple photos, and had an appt booked for a Saturday morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and his cost was in the ballpark of what I knew it should be. He also has a nice website where you can see upfront pricing for small jobs, and get a quote by phone, text or email. No annoying chatbot to deal with - the messages go to Greg directly. He even asks when it is most convenient for you to be called back. Because of Greg's flexibility I didn't need to take time off from my own job to deal with a dimmer switch replacement and didn't have to spend Christmas with a dark dining area. Greg will be my #1 contact for electrical needs moving forward and I have already given his contact info to my mom.

I hired Greg to do some diagnostic work in january to fix a yard light. Greg stated the job would need to wait until spring but he would send me an estimate that night. The estimate never came so a week later I sent a text message to follow up. A few days later I finally got a response saying oh yeah I will get that over to you. Once again the estimate never came. At this point i figured I would try again in the spring. In March This time I tried email. No response. A few weeks later I called and finally got an answer. I explained the situation and Greg said he has been busy and he would make it a priority and send me the estimate that night. I did not receive the estimate that night but did receive it the next day. At that point I told Greg I would like to schedule the job. His response was that he has been too busy and would put me on a waiting list. Seeing as though I originally contacted him about the job in January I would think my job should have been near the top of the list. Here I wait a month and a half later and still no contact and out my $200 diagnostic free that was promised I could put toward the price of my project.the funny thing is you can schedule jobs on his website and after I was told I would be put on the waiting list, I saw available all day time slots less than 2 weeks out. To give a patient paying customer the run around is completely unproffesional. If you dont want to take on a job be honest with your customer.
