An overnight ice-storm snapped a giant branch off a neighbors tree that proceeded to break part of my fence and rip the power line, with meter, right off the house. After contacting my insurance, I searched online for good rated electrician and found Empire Electric was down the street from me.. Called them and they got me a quote right away, they got there the next day... to fix it, replace the meter and got my power back up. I'm very grateful for the fast and honest service (their quote was better than others I contacted). I talked to and could even text (short/simple questions) Tony throughout the process.. he was very informative and replied right away or at least in my case answered the phone every time. Terrible situation that was fixed quick thanks to the team at Empire. Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

I’ve heard of Empire electric for a long time. I need some help fixing and repairing some light fixtures on the ceiling, in my basement. I actually try to do it myself and popped a couple of circuits in the house LOL. One phone call to Empire electric and they were there within 15 minutes. Called promptly to discuss the work, but then didnt send the estimate as discussed. I then texted the person who called me to tell him we never got the estimate but it was ok because we wanted to add something on, and asked if he could call me. No call, but recieved an estimate a few hours later, but it was completely wrong and not even accurate to what we had originally discussed. Did not have them do any work.

Great customer service. I called this company in regards to an electrical issue in my home. Instead of setting an appointment and taking money from me the owner spent a good amount of time helping me trouble shoot the problem via telephone . After about an hour of his help he suggested calling my electric provider prior to him coming in the morning. He identified the problem by phone and suggested it would be my providers responsibility to fix it. Point is, in a world that everyone is trying to make a buck and many company’s will charge you for nothing......empire electric didn’t. He was HONEST. I offered to pay him for his time (Sunday night), he declined and told me to enjoy the rest of my night. My electric is now working fine and my provider endured the expense. Thanks Empire Eletric for being an honest business. I would refer your services to anyone!!!

Wow!! I fixed my problem OVER THE PHONE, FREE OF CHARGE. I called at about 8:00 pm, and had a return call from a man named Tony at 9:00 pm. I explained the situation and we set a date. Tony asked for a picture, I sent one and he then walked me through what I needed to do. It was a simple breaker issue (which I know nothing about), so it was a simple fix.......but who can you trust nowadays. I'll tell you who.....TONY!!! please call Empire and ask for Tony!!!
