A big "Thank You" to Bob, Paul and the crew! We had problems with our electric furnace. Another company that we had tried had indicated that we were out of luck: the type of heater that we used was obsolete and could neither be fixed nor replaced. When we tried Lenius Osborn, Bob tried fixing the heater, but indicated right away that it was probably beyond repair. His fix did actually get the heater going again, but not for long. Fortunately, Bob and his boss had already started looking around for a replacement heater. They stayed at it for several months, and eventually - after much frustration - found a source. That replacement heater is now happily installed and working well. Thanks guys - we are delighted!

I had someone from Lenius & Osborn come to give me a quote on installing an EV charger. When he came to have a look, he said he would get back to me in a couple of days. Almost two weeks later I called and he said "Oh yes, you are the next one on the pile to do. I will be getting back to you very soon." That was over a month ago and I have never heard back. I assume that the job was not going to be as lucrative as he had hoped for . I had someone else do the job promptly and affordably.

We had a lot of mis-wired potlights, and older ones that no longer functioned, along with Switchs that wouldn't work, anymore. Adam from L&O came, and over the course of a couple of days, went over everything in our House. He replaced and upgraded our Lighting, with little disturbance to us, just quietly went about his work, while keeping us updated and informed, about what he found, and what the updated solutions would be. A big shock was discovering that our hard-wired Smoke Alarms weren't working at all! So, naturally, we had those replaced and upgraded, at the same time. What a relief, to get that done! Well, end result is, we have everything working now, and in a highly organized, easy to understand, manner. We are Thrilled with our more efficient LED Lighting! The dhades of white of the various bulbs adds so much more to the various task-related areas, like the Prep area of the Kitchen, and our Kitchen Desk area, with softer Lighting in other areas, for relaxed Meals, and Entertainment areas. All of our Switches are reorganized in a logical sequence, with lots of dimmers everywhere, and all I can say is, WOW! No more stress, no more frustration, no more eye strain! Lenius & Osborn has been our first call, for several years for our other Properties, and for our Home. They even came right away, when our Doorbell/Security system went haywire! This Lighting nightmare was a huge Job, and Adam handled it, like it was an easy task. We would, and do, highly recommend Lenius & Osborn to anyone needing a steady group of Electricians, with a Great Staff line!

Unexpectedly, a falling branch took down electrical wires and pulled the meter off of the side of my house at 2 am. I called and emailed Lenius & Osborn around 7 am and they returned my call immediately. They made the repair a high priority and had everything working by the end of the day.
