Thanks to Craig I am using my water pic in my bathroom! During COVID 19 I have no access to preventative dental care and so my water pic has become an essential tool. We had an electric car (EV) charger installed by CMR Electric when we purchased our new EV. From the first communication with CMR we received quick and courteous service from them (5*). After the first visit they provided us with different options for the available EV chargers associated with their respective grant/ rebate offered.They provided us with detailed quotes for each options. They even provided expert advices for which option would be best for us (we didn't know what we needed!). After a few months the EV charger stopped working, and we contacted CMR to inform them of our prediciment! We coulnd't be happier with the service we received. Even tough the problem was from a faulty unit and nothing to do with the installation, CMR couldn't have been more helpful and courteous with helping us getting a replacement charger (keep in mind this happened during the Covid-19 pandemic). They quickly came and test the unit, and initiated the communication with the supplier to get the unit replaced. Once we received the replacement charger, CMR promply came and install the new charger. That was it! With a freindly wave and smile, we where back in business. As long as CMR Electric offer their services, I know I don't have to worry about finding a qualified, professional, with exceptional customer service electrician anymore. Thank You!
