The most challenging part of home renovations is who you choose to rely upon to fulfill the vision you have of how your home will be. Unfortunately for my wife and I the choice we made turned out to be about as bad as it could be. To the point where it involved lawyers judges and a courtroom to resolve the issues we were left with after work was completed. I will say that these were not " Easy Installations" In the process of remedying the very serious electrical problems we were left with we had the very good fortunes of being refered to Neil at Anfield Electrical. He listened and took very seriously the alarming story I told him of my wife getting an incredible shock using a kitchen appliance. He quickly dispatched Brett, another professional who immediately took on the problem we had as if it was in his own home. Brett listened to the tale we had about the woes of our renovations with care and compassion. He, without hesitation, began to piece together what went wrong with the previous tradespeoples work that resulted in a very dangerous situation. Brett patiently took the time to explain to a layperson what he thought went wrong. He then began the process of setting things right. Anfield electrial restored in us what we had lost in the process of our renovations, confidence in the tradespeople we have allowed into our home. They had the equipment, the professional knowledge and most importantly provided the care we needed to restore this confidence.
