Very attentive service and definitely didn't do more than what was absolutely essential to address the problem. This team have established themselves as leaders in our local market because they are so knowledgable, they really show they care about people, and they go the extra mile (in my case they didn't charge me for some adjustments to my garage doors as they had done a much bigger job in the house). They also followed up to see if I was happy... I mean the owner of the company actually reached out to me. Pretty exceptional I'd say!

We had a fantastic experience with David from Absolutely Electrical and will definitely use him for electrical work in the future. After moving into a new home, we discovered the wiring was a little wonky, with several two-way and three-way switches that were wired improperly. He was able to fit us in on short notice, and made a special trip back at no cost to install a new light fixture when I had ended up with the wrong one from the store (not his fault). Best of all, he was able to remove a baseboard and rewire the light switches with no damage to the wall. I was expecting to have to do significant repairs after the electrical work, but you can't even tell anything was done, and it all works perfectly now!

I decided to contact Absolutely Electrical about some work I need done in my home because of the reviews I read here on Google. Don't know what all the raving about this company is about. I got in touch with them via their website's contact page and left may name, phone number and email info. That was last Saturday June 23rd. Haven't heard a thing from them! Now, I'm a contractor myself and I'm busy right now as I'm sure they are as well but that does not excuse not taking five minutes to get back to a potential customer about potential work if only to say that you're very busy and it's going to be a while before you can get out to look at the job. Not impressed! I'm on to the next electrical contractor who will hopefully be of more help. Only gave them the one star because otherwise you can't post the review.

We deliberately set out to find an electrician from a smaller company in our neighbourhood because we thought we would get better and quicker service. We were right! Absolutely Electrical responded within 24 hours, we had a quote inside 72 hours (weekend) and the work was completed in the following business week. The quote was clear, accurate and was the price we paid when the job was complete. The electrician was super conscientious about his shoes and cleaning up his work. When I asked about one outdoor light at the end of the project, he came back and fixed it the same day at no extra cost. Marty finished right on time which was key because we needed to move in. Altogether, we are very happy with the work and again, would definitely use Absolutely Electrical in the future for any more electrical work.
