We had an electrical emergency on a Sunday night, and they sent someone within 20 minutes to our home- thank goodness because our panel and wires were about to catch fire. After making sure everything was safe for the night, they came back the next morning and replaced/fixed the issue. We have since hired them to do multiple electrical jobs around our house. I am new to the area and took a chance on getting these guys in to replace some outlets and look at some possible future work. I thought I might have to wait a while for an appointment, but they were able to fit me in two days later; Jason arrived on time, and was pleasant and professional. I was nervous because I had neglected to get a written quote for the job, but I was invoiced for the same as was quoted over the phone. I will definitely be hiring them for more work in the spring!

Had to re-wire house underground power feed from garage. They were on time and completed the work as planned. Some minor issues - no one told me we needed bedding sand for the cable in the trenches. Had to panic buy same day. A simple visit by Travis a day or two before work day to inspect the trenches would have cleared that up. Overall satisfied with their work.

Colin and his team were integral to a complete renovation of our main floor. Their work included: the supply and install of 15 LED pot lights with 2 dimmers, installation of 4 way and 3 way switching which required them to work in the attic, removal of old electrical, addition of 2 new circuits for our island and dishwasher install, under cabinet lighting install, and a panel upgrade. The flow of communication with Colin was fantastic whether by email or telephone. The place was left as clean as when they arrived and no damage to the ceiling with all the work they had to do (important to us as there is a lot of crown moulding). The only issue (which I note is not predictable and was quickly addressed) was that an employee left the company midway through the work. Another employee picked up from where he left off and completed the installs seamlessly and on time (likely pulled from another job). Several months later, 1 of the 15 pot lights died. I sent a short email to Colin just asking about the warranty on the product so I could replace it, and before I knew it there was an employee on site rectifying the issue. In my opinion, his team went above and beyond to make sure the work they committed to was done correctly. 2 YEARS later and no further issues.
