When he came to pigtail the aluminum wiring, he showed me what he was doing as he worked so I could know what was going on with my house. Got these guys recommended to me and am glad for it. They were super responsive, I had an appointment for a quote where Jordan really took his time and gave good advice on what actually needed to be done vs what could be done; I had an itemized quote within a few hours emailed to me. Craig was on time, even coming a day early to get the measuring done, and did fantastically clean wiring. The new custom-made under cabinet lighting transforms the look of the kitchen, replacing the garbage puck lights. The bath fan installs they did are exactly what I asked for, even considering the unexpected challenges that came up during the install, which Craig and Jordan were able to quickly overcome and adapt to. They even finished ahead of schedule, and were a pleasure to have in my home. Overall, super happy with these guys, and I'll be using them for the Car Charger station in my garage and exterior/landscape lighting I've got planned for next season, and whatever other issues arise.

Our range hood recently died on us and we finally got around to installing a new one this past weekend. Because our electrical panel isn’t very well labelled, rather than risk trying to figure out one by one which switch to turn off, my husband elected to turn the entire house off. You can imagine our surprise – and dismay – when he couldn’t turn it back on, and we need electricity to run our geothermal! So I called Jordan Berard of Pure Wave Electric in a panic and he was able to get to our house within an hour to take a look at our panel. He fixed our immediate problem at the time and gave us some recommendations as to anything further that needed to be done in our house, which is now over 18 years old. He send us a quote for the work he suggested we get done, and the price was more than reasonable, so we elected to get most of it done. A quote was emailed to me on the spot and he booked an electrician to come to house early in the week to do the work, which was done in a very timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. Both Rob and I are very happy with Pure Wave Electric and will continue to use their services for all our electrical needs.

Pure Wave was super quick to respond to my call and had someone out early the next day to deal with my problems. Stephanie was right on time (and I sure appreciated the text half hour before confirming she was arriving in a half hour) and I appreciated that the "appointment block" wasn't a four hour span. She made sure to explain her diagnoses of the problem and quote for the solution. She did quick but good work. Prices were very fair. Will definitely call them the next time we need an electrician!

I got the reference from my friend about this company when my furnace didn’t work.I called in and got the electrician Jordan coming over to fix it. About half and hour he showed up and fixed my furnace. While he was fixing, he showed me how to do it if it happens again in the future. I guess not a lot of company out there could show you how to fix it by yourself before you call anyone over. Jordan is an awesome and knowledgeable technician. I would refer it to my friends

We had an excellent experience. Craig was very professional and personable. He came by and gave us a really great quote for everything we needed to have done. Came back a week later to do the work (our schedules needed the week or else it would have been sooner) and he was extremely efficient and made sure everything was safe. He even took the time to answer our million questions, even took a liking to our cats! We will be hiring him and Pure Wave again for potential future work. If we could give more than 5*, we would.

Hiring Jordan was a great decision. Our work required pig-tailing the aluminum wiring to today's electrical codes, repair wiring of a kitchen ceiling light that nearly started a fire and install a new electrical panel. Having worked many years, hiring trades for large residential projects several years ago; I was familiar with selecting good, responsible people. I spoke with two more experienced companies prior to Jordan of PureWave being recommended to us. The recommendation was strong and felt I should give him a call. Jordan came to the house to discuss the job to understood better everything I was needing done. As we spoke he drew my attention to a few other issues and offered some recommendations. I was very impressed by his attitude and the seriousness of his work ethic. I reviewed the online comments by others he had worked for. At this point I was very confident is giving Jordan the job. He did the work as agreed, and he located two other hot spots in wall outlets. While speaking to other electricians, prior to hiring, I was told that it wasn't necessary to pigtail the ceiling light fixture boxes. Jordan discussed this with me. It meant spending more money but I was easily convinced already having had a near house fire with our kitchen ceiling light. I seriously to recommend having the ceiling lights pig-tailed too. Would I use Jordan again? Definitely. He arrived on time each day. He had total respect for the fact that this was someone else's house he was working in, and I like a person who takes pride in the details & quality of their work.

They were there on dates they were booked in and completed everything on time. Inspections went off without issue which shows they understand code and do a quality job. I initially spoke with Jordan in their office who was personable and took the time to understand aspects of the job and then scheduled an appointment. Craig was the service technician and was absolutely great! He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the work the work that he needed to do, provided a quote right away, and then with our agreement, proceeded to start the job. All of the work was finished quickly and any residual debris was cleaned up and removed. I would definitely recommend this company for electrical work!
