I contacted Hauer with a lengthy to do list (installation of wired security cameras, a cat6 cable installed in the office, checking two outdoor outlets that were not working, and installation of our new hood vent). Ryan responded to me within a couple of days and was very friendly and professional! Told me the quotes and said the electricians would be able to do my whole list! Abel and Danny came right on time and were super friendly and professional! Danny made sure to talk us through their plan, explaining things thoroughly. They accomplished my whole list and were super helpful. They even stayed while we were on the phone with the security camera's customer support to get the cameras up and running. They were super considerate being mindful of their boots, taking them off everytime they needed to complete a task inside. Once they were done they cleaned up the mess from the installations. Ryan returned my email request within 24 hours (I sent it on a weekend). He called me back, assessed my problem and suggested some possible reasons why I might be having the issue I was, told me it was likely the min. charge call out (and gave me the price) and booked me for later that week. His guys were running late but kept me in the loop and apologized profusely. But their revised schedule and being given a heads up was great and helped me plan my morning a little better. When they arrived (when they said they would based on their revised appt time they set that morning), they were polite, efficient, and super helpful. They even taught me how to reset my GFIs and some of the weird breakers on my panel in future. Gave me a couple of safety demos and tips and tricks, and off they went within an hour. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Awesome service, really great staff, kept me updated on timing of their arrival - couldn't have asked for better.

My experience with Hauer was positive from beginning to end. Ryan meet me in my home for the consultation and answered all my questions. Went over what was going to happen on the day of the service upgrade and panel replacement. On the scheduled day of work, the guys arrived sharply at 8am. They once again went over what was going to happen throughout the day. Epcor and the inspector arrived as needed. Very little waiting time. After the new panel was installed they went over the new system in depth and showed me everything they worked on. They cleaned up all debris and removed all the old equipment. Would use again without question.

We called Hauer Power just before the Christmas season, and Ryan was great at getting us booked in. We were looking to complete our newly built barn, and they were willing to drive the distance to us to do so. Although the original quote was extremely lower than the final bill, the only thing that I would say could have been done better was to drive out to do a free estimate that would have been close to the actual cost rather than an estimate done based on photos and dimensions. They worked diligently, and their work was amazing! Some minor "tweaks" at the end needed to be done, and the men at Hauer Power were more than willing to come and resolve them free of charge. Was great working with them!

Jared and Jordan were just here and did an excellent job. The lights and plugins stopped working in part of the house. I reset the breaker and unplugged everything in the outlets and tried the light switches again and plugins individually but still nothing. So I called Hauer and set up an appointment. Jared and Jordan showed up on time. They went through every light switch and plugin that was not working and were able to pinpoint one plugin that had stopped working. It was a plugin that had been there for 30 years since the place was built. They replaced the plugin and the rest of the circuit started working again, so I'm happy. They were respectful, friendly, and able to answer all of my questions, including some questions I had about potentially wiring in the power for a new security system through the house. My main house breaker on a old Federal Pacific box failed on a Sunday evening. After reading a few Google reviews and them being positive I decided to call Hauer Electrical. Boy was that the right decision They promptly returned by call and agreed my problem could wait till 7:00 am to avoid weekend overtime charges Well rest assured Ryan Hauer the owner called me at 7:00 am sharp. I needed to be out of town that day for business and was feeling stressed out. Dan and Abel came over , located a hard to find 100 Amp breaker and got the job done and got me up and running . As a team they co-ordained all the Permits, main line disconnect and re-activation with Epcor . Ryan the owner communicated with me numerous times throughout the day and gave me updates Well, in the end they handled this emergency top drawer and it was very comforting for me to know things were taken care of thru the phone updates. Based on this great service I will be doing some upgrades in the future and planning on using Hauer Electrical again. Ryan is a local Edmontonion that is honest and fair . I recently had what I thought was going to become an electrical repair situation in the home. After researching several electrical companies online, I happened to find Hauer Power. Upon checking out their website pages, and more specifically, their Hauer U vlog, I decided to give Ryan a call. After sending him a photo of my situation and speaking with him, he gave me some basic instruction as to how to proceed on my own. It all went well. He also offered to drop by and take a look at it himself. When he did, he tested and confirmed that everything was good to go. Additionally, he did a free home safety inspection which lasted approximately an hour or so. He offered up some ideas for improvement with various systems, all without being pushy. There was no charge for this visit. He definitely left the impression of what a master electrician should be: knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Should I need any electrical work to be done in the future, I’d very likely give Hauer Power a call.

Our 1964 built home needed some updates: Bathroom fan and switch as well as a Gfci wall power outlet. Not an easy or short job as it took about 6 hours and required roof and attic work. I am so happy with the work Ryan did at my house. We bought an old home with no bathroom ventilation. I thought maybe it would be all right with no ventilation fan, but every time the shower was used, the walls would get sticky, and with all the rain we have been having I was afraid of water damage. I had sought 2 estimates before Ryan. The first one said that a wall would have to be completely opened up, and the second one said that he didn't think it would be possible to install. Ryan came and was able to install the fan and ducting with minimal damage to the ceiling, and the drywaller he used did a good job in patching things up. We now have a ventilated bathroom, and I'm so thankful to Ryan for doing what others said could not be done. He is very courteous, professional, and does a great job.
