I called in to discuss potential problem I am having at my house when a William Simpson answered and was not professional or polite in the least. After trying to confirm that I was on the phone with the right company, he refused to confirm the company he works for and then hung up on me. He then called back minutes later to get mad at me for calling and not telling him what I was looking for. After I stopped talking to the employee he then text me multiple times to tell me that I was rude and after alllllllll of this... he text me after it all to tell me the company is closed due to covid. *Follow up - After posting this, I was sent threatening texts from William saying I need to pull my honest review from here or he would take me to court. I have texts to confirm.

He suggested different ideas in which there was no “ sale pressure “ and ultimately saving us money in the end. William came by to repair my hot tub, he seemed very nice and trustworthy, he told me the repair would be 300$. He changed out the element and instructed me to turn the hot tub on later that night. The hot tub wouldn’t turn on, he told me to try again the next day which also didn’t work. He came to my home while I was gone and then I got a phone call from him saying that he changed out another part and in doing so he melted the motherboard. He then tried charging me almost 2000$ for repair. I asked him if he was going to replace the motherboard as he had melted it while attempting to fix it. He refused then decided it was best to walk from the job. William tried over and over again blaming it on ok’d equipment, I had actually had a few people come to look at it and they don’t agree that the equipment was old. I imagine this happens with him often as he was very quick to abandon his duties after frying my equipment. Absolutely would NEVER recommend him to anyone. No accountability for his wrong doings, not even a sorry for destroying my things.

I had a burnt plug in my kitchen and called this company. Turns out I had aluminum wiring which I didn't even realize was a fire hazard. They went through all my plugs, switches and lights to made sure it wouldn't happen again. They were cost effective, polite, clean and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend them!!
