Je suis tellement frustrée!! Plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec eux.

Job qui n'était pas facile mais ils m'ont apporté plus d'ouvrage à réparer une fois la job faite que d'avoir fait la job moi-même...! Quand ça lui adonne, il DOIT refaire le filage pour la sécurité dans une maison 1953... quand ça lui tente pas, il laisse comme ça. Tsé, me changer 2 dimmer à 30$ pour une switch à 5$ et me charger 1h de temps sans que je lui ait demandé. Me couper le lousse de fil neuf pour fixer une prise alors que j'avais pas décidé où elle va et ne fesait pas partie de son mandat. Disant que c'est dangereux comme ça alors que le mur n'est pas fermé et que ça a été fait comme ça pour les 100 dernières années sans incidents! Il m'a laissé au moins 3 fils dénudés dans le plafond par contre... Il a essayé de m'intimider pour pas que je mette une mauvaise review, j'assume donc que plusieurs avec de mauvaises reviews ne se sont pas manifestés. Ils ont peut-être même mis une bonne review...!

Martin and his crew were called in for an emergency at my parents house where a hydroelectric leading to the house caught fire and fell to the ground. This happened yesterday night after experiencing some freezing rain and they were without power from 10pm on. I called Longueuil electric at 7am the next morning and the dispatcher took my call and sensed the urgency and connected with Martin. He was booked solid but rearranged a few things and came to my parents house by 9:30am. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed and called hydro to ask them to reconnect the power. This company is more than professional, they are caring people and helped my elderly parents overcome a stressful situation. Also they are so reasonably priced and therefore I would not recommend going with someone else if you want the job done right. This is the second time we use them as the first time was for a pool and spa hookup. 100% recommend this company And thank you Martin!
