I was ghosted in an odd encounter. This feedback is entirely based on the lack of follow-up for a quote. Called the gentleman who showed up on time to provide a quote. He looked through the house to see what was needed and said he would get back to me in a few days via email. He sounded quite knowledgeable, excited and really convincing in his communication. Well, two weeks later I found it strange that I didn't get any follow-up about the quote so I called him. No answer. Another week went by and I sent a text, no reply. A few months gone by and I decided why not try once more and still no reply via text, email and phone call. Regardless, I don't understand the logic behind ghosting customers if you're willing to visit a location and spend time going through the house but not provide a quote. I do hope it is a bad case of poor customer service and nothing extreme like personal health or something related.
