Updated comments: Vince has since worked hard to resolve my issue and adjusted the default settings to allow the unit to continue cooling beyond the tolerance set by Fujitsu. Due to the location of the unit, it kept slowing down and therefore did not cool my lower level. While it took time to finally resolve the issue, I have to say Vince is very customer focused and diligently attended to my issue until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Click-Air. original comments: Salvatore sold me a Fujitsu unit that does not cool my main floor despite his promise when I signed the contract. Then he tried to convince me that it was my imagination. I previously had a Sanyo unit which did cool my house before it broke down. I am in contact with the owner Vince to have my unit replaced and awaiting a satisfactory outcome.

Why Click-Air ? We already had two quotes from recommended contractors, but wanted a third one to keep everybody honest. We looked at Daikin’s list of affiliated shops and chose Click-Air for proximity. Well, we were so impressed when their sales rep Sal Albano showed up on time, offered up the smartest solution to our needs and installation parameters, discussed fair pricing, guarantees, rebates and financial incentives from Chauffez-Vert, that we chose to sign on the doted line... Two weeks later, their very knowledgeable installer team of Mario, Lukas, Rashid and Marcello started to remove our two old air-con units and begin installing our single unit Daikin heat-pump with 2 interiors heads. Heavy rain in the afternoon stopped them short of completing the job. Four days later, they returned as promised and fine tuned every little detail to our satisfaction including an aesthetically pleasing deviation of the exterior capping. So, from beginning to end, our experience with Click-Air was 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! And, already this Winter, we are feeling so much more comfortable with the overall warmth throughout our home. Bravo ! Hopefully, next Summer, the air-con feature will please us just as much.

Great job. They were busy, but Sal came by and gave us an estimate quickly - you will not meet a nicer, happier guy :). We're picky customers, so we asked that they send one of their techs to go over the job with us, before we signed. They obliged, explained everything, and we agreed to the job. The installers arrived on time, were SUPER nice and polite, took the time to make sure we were good with where everything was being installed, and started. They sent a third guy to help out so they could finish everything in one day. They left at 6pm, cleaned up after themselves, and did a beautiful job. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys! After purchasing a new system and having it installed by Click-Air less than 1 month ago, I’ve experienced nothing but problems! After less than 24 hrs of being installed the system began to leak from the machine. We called multiple times and finally got a technician to inspect the system. They made a small repair and said it should now be fine. As we are currently selling our home, we had a home inspector following their visit who confirmed that there is still a problem that needs to be addressed asap. After calling for over 1 week, we finally got a call back. This time when the tech arrived, he told us there is nothing he can do, the drain isn’t lined up. Out of concern I asked does this mean your company could have flooded our basement? He replied yes and it’s not his problem as the homeowner need to know where are drain is. I asked if that was their standard practice to install systems and not know where the drain lines up? Isn't that negligence? He had no reply. We now need to pay out of pocket to get this repaired. After paying thousands for their air system. VERY DISAPPOINTED! UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE!

The service is exceptional, my warranty was expired but they managed by communicating with the factory back and forth get them to extend the warranty with no charge and they even send the best technician (peter) come twice and have it replaced and still no charge, I like to thank all the staff behind this, starting with Jessica, she made all this happened, amazing girl , and the rest of staff who played a role in this ( Danielle, Tyler, Peter and Sal) to all of you thank you!!! The process was very quick and straightforward: I got a call back from an agent the day after I left a voicemail, and the agent came by the same day for a visit to prepare the estimate. Two weeks later my new unit has been installed, and I can sleep comfortably again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Click-Air. I had a York heat pump installed in the Fall of 2016 onto my existing forced-air furnace. Although we had some technical complications due to the age of my furnace, Dual-Fuel Hydro-Quebec rate system (Oil-Electric), and a faulty valve on the unit, Click-Air were dedicated to troubleshooting the issues until the system performed seamlessly. Other company would have left me out in the cold blaming components, but Click-Air took responsibility of the job end-to-end. Big thanks to Barty, Vince, Evis and the others involved.

This place hasn't been so comfortable since ever! Had to replace old water-cooled system that was never properly configured. Click-Air replaced part of the ductwork, and made the remaining ducts work as they should have originally. Installed new central furnace with an additional wall-mount in the master. Work was done efficiently, all of the staff were very polite and considerate, and all of my concerns were addressed. Going to be getting them back for annual maintenance and duct cleaning.

Had Vince and Barty come by to spec out my house for a heating and cooling. Both visited and discussed possibilities and best solutions for my house. We went ahead with the work, which was still very reasonably priced, and had Ben lead the project. Ben was always very pleasant and very patient with us during the work. Our 3 year old daughter still speaks of Ben and the worker men. After spending a summer with the new AC I can say that I am very happy with how it all went. Just recently I had another technician over to install a steam humidifier. He came in and was super polite, taking care to be very clean in the house and not disturb my wife and the kids. With another job complete, and to my satisfaction and more, I am confident to recommend the services of Click Air to others. The technicians are always polite and try hard to never impose or disturb. Each technician to visit was well versed in the equipment and worked efficiently, and that is what good service is to a homeowner like myself.

The reviews kept me patient and I called back in early October after the rush of the summer as noted in the reviews; in July I did not get a call back but it was mentioned several times, Click Air was back logged! What a great incentive to wait till the fall! :) Well from start to Finish Click Air is a 5* Company with excellence in service and installation. Steve A. sales team was very clear and informative of the process and product I was purchasing for my wall mounted split ac/heating unit; Steve's clear info, definitely was a deciding factor and signed the contract with confidence. Danielle followed up immediately and set up an appointment within 2 weeks. Today the team Lukas and Rashid were efficient and offered excellence in their work! Lukas is quite talented and very knowledgeable in his work, thank you Lukas for the interior installation was done with precision cuts, clean and neat as well as the tricky exterior wiring on my pebble stone house which i did not want any capping screws in the stone. Lukas figured it out and created a very aesthetically pleasing solution to my satisfaction. Everything was done professionally and Lukas answered all my questions and was very patient and informative. Rashid did a great job with the exterior part of the installation of the capping. The Electricians showed up and within 30 minutes had everything up and running with a clean connection to my electrical box. I am very pleased I waited and hired Click Air to do the AC /Heat split system installation on my stone house which is not easy but all the solutions were achieved to my satisfaction! Worst company for service after purchased ....stay away....cant get in touch with the saleman that came to my house.....the first technician that came to my house took only pictures and said the unit was not installed properly.... and charge me 250$ plus for the call and the unit is still not working properly.....my saleman told me it was good to install the unit where it is for the last 3 years.....my saleman the owner of click air is no where to be found....after leaving multiples messages to call me back.....they send me a better thechnician for the second call.....no charge...wow great deal here....the technician was supose to show up after 1 pm then he show up arround 9 am.....soon we go in the house i ask the thecnician if he found the the house cold....he never answered me....i ask again and he said i will answer at the end of the photographic section....again he only took pictures.....i ask him to call me when he was done i had to go.....the thecnician never called me and he send hes final diagnostic to the lady at tge company and said the unit was fine......so 250$ wasted for pictures and a 3 150 $ unit that is not working.......STAY AWAY

Part #2 - November 2020 - Duct Cleaning Thanks to Sal & George from Click Air. Time for duct cleaning. They showed up on time. Had their masks (thanks COVID) and second pair of shoes to avoid messing up the floors and carpets. In and out very quickly. Were very professional and friendly. Would recommend Click Air for duct cleaning. Part #1 - February 2020 - Electrical Panel & Furnace Upgrade Thanks to Steve and the team at Click-Air. They recently upgraded our oil furnace to a high efficiency electric furnace and new heat pump while also upgrading our electric panel from 100-amp to 200-amp. To say we were pleased is an understatement. From Danielle in the office, to each member of the install team, everyone was very professional and great to work with. We especially appreciated them laying down protective mats to keep the carpets and wood floors clean and even plastic boot covers when they installed the new control panel. Would highly recommend Click-Air to our friends.

My A/C unit broke down and called Click-Air and Sal came over to see what Unit I needed for my house. He was very honest and didn't try to sell a unit that was too big for my place. I called and asked questions before the installation date and he was able to answer all of them and reassured me that I had chosen the right unit. The installation team was also very well organized and efficient and They were able to fit the new unit with little cutting of gyps. They were able to hide all the wires and hoses and it was a clean installation. My new Fujitsu is ultra quiet and meets my heating/ cooling needs. My experience with Vince at Click Air was excellent! He took the time to educate us on the difference between the various manufacturers, efficiency ratings and how conditioners work so we were able to choose the best product for our needs. A real straight shooter of the highest integrity. Once we made our selection, an appointment was booked for the installation and because of an opening in the schedule, he was able to deliver and install two weeks early then promised (in the middle of a heat wave). We didn’t just get a new air conditioner, we got a major upgrade to our cooling system which performs much better than our previous system and will save us money due to its efficiency and superior ECOBEE Thermostat included in the install. Our salesman, Sal, was quick to return my husband's call and was able to set up a meeting at our house within 24 hours. He gave us all the information we could need and we pretty much immediately decided to have Click-Air provide us with a heat pump. Mario was our installer and him and his team were very friendly and efficient. My husband had a few special requests that involved him building a false wall for them to put one of the 2 head units on and they had no issue waiting for him to try and quickly put it together. In the end everything turned out perfect. They do great, clean work! I had to wait to post this review as I wanted to ensure we got our deposit back. We have not had ac all summer thanks to this terrible company. They stood us up twice and played games, verbally agreeing to dates and then not coming and saying there was a misunderstanding. Just ridiculous. They did in fact come at one point and removed our unit only to then tell us that the specific unit we wanted wouldn't fit. They did not put the old unit back (took it when they left) so we didn't even have a circulating fan all summer. Also, the tech who came to our home was huffing and puffing and being extremely rude the entire time. Due to complete disregard for our home we now have nicks in our dark hardwood floors and in the paint in our white bedroom door. I could not deter people from using this company more. We are now going through Costco so there's s third party to ensure things get done properly. Utterly pathetic customer service. I'm baffled at all the five star reviews but I guess in order for some to get great service others get none. To the owner, you dealt with my husband S. McIntosh not me directly. I was home the day of the service. I most certainly verified with my husband that click-air was the service provider. I rarely write reviews, only for exceptionally good or poor experiences. Unfortunately this was the latter.

After being given an appointment, the service person Peter who showed up was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and fixed the issue. Won’t ever call anyone else! I contacted Click-Air for an estimate on a replacement furnace/A/C heat pump system.. Vince came to review the house requirements and provided recommendations to improve my problematic heating & cooling requirements & provided a full quotation the next day - but he states that he will not install a new system as the existing one (with its issues) was still in good working condition. I asked for a "tune up" and again refused as he said there were no problems with the system except its age so there is nothing to tune up. . "When it breaks, call me & we will be there the next day." Eight months later when the system failed, I called them, in their peak season, and they fit me in as promised. There were issues due to the complexity of the installation and one call to them and the team was back the next day at 7 AM to resolve the problem. They have an impressive professional & efficient team that is second to none and I could not be more pleased with the new system recommended by these ventilation experts. My house has never been more comfortable and quiet. They are highly recommended.

We had a new Heatpump installed. I sent an online inquiry. Very quick to call back. Salesperson Sal visited the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Best price compared to 4-5 other places we inquired. Installation was booked within 2 weeks. Technicians (Lucas, Sami, and 2 other that I don't have the names) were very polite and professional. Situation was not as expected, but they troubleshoot on the spot to find solutions. 2 minor recommendations: cleaning up and filling the hole made on the foundation. Perhaps inform customer about what and where need to be cleaned (sharp small pieces, concrete, dust, gypse) before leaving. Thanks for the job well done!

Had click air install a supplementary ac system a couple of years ago and was very happy with their work. Called them a couple of weeks ago for a service call on my primary heating system. This was another story... The technician seemed rushed, removed a component from the furnace without properly understanding its function and told me i needed a new thermostat. Conveniently he had one to sell me. With no time to research what is being offered and needing reliable heating in the middle on winter I had to say yes. Only after they left did I have time to examine the new thermostat. It does not function properly with a heat pump and electric furnace as auxiliary/emergency heat. My old thermostat would switch over instantly from heat pump to furnace if a heat demand was above what the heat pump could produce. This new thermostat turns the heat pump off and waits 5 minutes to activate the furnace. It does not have the same functionality. Also the honeywell t6 pro thermostat sold to me cost 225$ plus installation time when it is less than half that at the store. Online reviews for this model are terrible BTW. So I called and asked to return and be refunded the thermostat. I was told they had no use for a used thermostat and would not refund it. Had I bought this thermostat at a hardware store they would accept a return no questions asked. I don't understand why they will not accept a return on a product that does not work properly with my system. I was promised a call from a supervisor who wasn't in when I called because he was working from home, but that was clearly just to brush me off since I never got a call. It is unfortunate that for a 225$ thermostat they are willing to throw away my future business and recommendations. They don't seem to stand behind the products they resell. This whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the first time I actually see an owner reply to Google reviews. Almost sounds fishy that only two reviews and both were made around the same time. Although the callback time was decent, they didn't seem interested in my project or giving me a proper quote. They gave me a verbal approximation of the cost which is almost double of what I got somewhere else. I figured he wasn't interested in helping me and put the quote high enough so I would say no. I used Click-Air to manage my mum's oil to electric furnace change over as well as our oil to electric change with the addition of also upgrading our heat pump. We also needed a few basement vents moved to make room for a downstairs bathroom. Vince came over to hear my requirements and I found him to be a straight talker who was professional and very accommodating. Upon discussing the technical options and limitations of moving my basement vents he brought his best hvac installer in from another job site to get a second opinion in trying to accommodate my needs. After the work was done at my mum's place, I went to inspect the job. The quality of the work was evident and my mum confirmed that the workers were efficient and professional. Upon further inspection, I noticed that they had mistakenly given my mother a major. upgrade that was not in the original work order. Upon bringing this to Vince's attention, he acknowledged that they had made the mistake and would absorb the cost while apologizing for the inconvenience. After having negative experiences in the past with small, local installers that wouldn't budge an inch on compensation, Vince's approach made a major impression on me and was a major breath of fresh air. My work was completed in the same week and I agree with my mum's assessment. The workers were professional, efficient and knew their stuff. The team that came in to remove the oil even took special care not to snag the oil retraction hose around a small Japanese maple in our back yard for fear of damaging it. We called them because we had an issue, where our A/C was leacking water from the hose, and needed assistance. The gentlemen i spoke to over the phone at the service center, Mr Sal, was very nice and theral. He gave me the tips on how to remedy the problem myself, as it was a very simple fix, instead of semding us a technician and charging us for a service call. I tried the tips, and problem solved. They installed a high efficiency York thermopump which never worked right from day one. For over a year they tried to rectify the issues with a multitude of visits due to wrong wirings, wrong dip switch settings, wrong staging controls, wrong drain pipe installations, wrong airflow settings, wrong plenum dampers, wrong freeze stat control, wrong UV light control, wrong thermostat control and so on. Two years on and I am still finding wrong wirings that are causing parts to break down and thus costing me thousands of dollars in repairs and hydro bills. This is unacceptable. I would definitely avoid them at all cost.

Our old unit "gave up the ghost" a week ago. We looked in repairing it but decided to purchase a new one. In one case installation could take up to six weeks;however Click-Air said they could install in ten days,and would do their best to make it earlier....which they did. I was most impressed with the personal service and integrity of the owner,Vince. We originally were looking at a unit that included a heat pump,but he said,given the location of the unit,it really wouldn't benefit us and that we'd be spending money for nothing. Another company who gave us an estimate made no such observation and were more than willing to sell us a system with a heat pump for several hundred dollars more. Enough said. Both members of the installation crew were professional and pleasant. Before leaving they made sure all was clean and in working order. Given how positive our experience was,I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am a recently retired mechanical engineer who spent the last 35 years dealing with equipment suppliers and installation contractors, some related to HVAC. I was looking to replace a 33 year old heat pump that I suspected was about to die. I did a lot of research on equipment and contractors and got several quotes. Vince was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the different equipment he offered and how they would integrate with my existing forced-air oil furnace. Within a day of his visit, he provided a clear written quotation covering all the details and at a fair price. The office seems to be efficient and well organized. The day after I accepted the quotation with their on-line tool, I was contacted to schedule the installation and make the down payment. The installation was done 10 days later by a crew that were courteous, clean and efficient. All floors, from the door to the basement, were protected with runners. The work was done very well, leaving an installation that was clean and neat. I would highly recommend Click-Air for any HVAC work.

We just added an HVAC heating and cooling system to our 1910-built house, which was not an insignificant challenge. Vince and his team rose to that challenge, coming in on budget and on time. Furthermore, dealing with Vince or his office was always very pleasant. The system works great and I've been enjoying my 20 degree home during those sweltering 35 degree nights. In our renovations, we probably dealt with 10 to 15 different contractors over 11 months, and Click-Air is one of maybe 3 that I would refer to friends or family without any reservations.
