(Translated) Acutech Electric is a team of professionals who offer excellent service. The electricians from this company came to do all the electricity in my triplex. At the height of the work, they were more than 6 employees and I must admit that their work really impressed me: they are meticulous, they work with rigor and quality, and take great care that their work meets the standards of their industry. For the record, I have never seen one of the employees of this company be in a bad mood. Whenever he ran into them on the site - and I went there often - they were always smiling, in a good mood and I had very interesting discussions with them. Regarding after-sales service, nothing to say! I had trouble with two pieces of equipment (the problems were not related to their job, in both cases the part was defective). I called and within days the part was replaced. In short, well-deserved 5 stars! (Original) Acutech Electric, c'est une équipe de professionnels qui offre un excellent service. Ce sont les électriciens de cette entreprise qui sont venus faire au grand complet l'électricité dans mon triplex. Au plus fort des travaux, ils étaient plus de 6 employés et je dois avouer que leur travail m'a vraiment impressionné : ils sont minutieux, ils travaillent avec rigueur et qualité, et prennent grand soin à ce que leur travail rencontre les normes de leur industrie. Pour l'anecdote, je n'ai jamais vu un des employés de cette entreprise être de mauvaise humeur. À chaque fois que le les croisais sur le chantier - et j'y allais souvent - ils étaient toujours souriants, de bonne humeur et j'ai eu avec eux des discussions fort intéressantes. Côté service après-vente, rien à dire! J'ai eu des ennui avec deux pièces d'équipement (les problèmes n'étaient pas en lien avec leur travail, dans les deux cas la pièce était défectueuse). J'ai appelé et dans les jours qui ont suivi, la pièce était remplacée. Bref, 5 étoiles bien méritées!

The very best experience! Acutech saved us from a life of darkness. Our condo is in a 165 year-old building and had no light fixtures to speak of. Acutech worked with us to suggest the best solutions for our needs and budget, completed all the work quickly and safely with our children in the vicinity, and in the end we spent much less than expected. High wood ceilings sucked up all the light from the floor lamps of which we needed plenty just to fill the room with the minimal requirement for light. On top of that we had a bunch of wall switches that were designated to power on certain electrical outlets- so all the lamps including ceiling chandeliers had to be pugged in to wall sockets = wires, wires, WIRES!. Thomas was amazing. He rewired the switches and installed ceiling lights, ran wire and installed 3-way dimmers, low profile pot lights in the kitchen and entry way- chandelier over the dining table, and power outlets in the ceiling for our speakers. What an incredible difference this makes in our lives! Thank you Acutech!!
