The one thing preventing me from giving this company 1 star is the stellar service of their electricians. They were understanding, quick and efficient. However, I am less than impressed with their billing department. After receiving services my husband and I did not receive any form of bill for 1 month. We then received a phone call asking where payment was. When I explained we never even received a bill they didn’t exactly sound surprised and admitted that they had been having issues with their email services. If you rely on your email to send out bills, and you know that it hasn’t exactly been working, maybe phone your clients to make sure that they got said bill via email? On top of that when I paid over the phone I requested my invoice via email and gave that to them once more... and once again received nothing. I phoned back a week later and requested a hard copy, we’ll see how that goes. If you chose to go with these guys, make sure they follow up with their emails, especially since that’s how they bill you!

They were on the cutting edge with todays technologies (I had the luxury of planning and general contracting myself, so did a ton of research), and also provided fixtures and an un-heard of price! Great service and pricing! Will definitely be using them as my electricians again!

Had some outdoor lights flickering and a socket cease working - a low priority job, but one that you don't want to linger. Clarence showed up exactly at the agreed upon and from the get-go was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. He listened carefully to the attempts I'd made, diagnosed the problems, and got to work. He had everything working perfectly in no time. Add this to the little bits of fun tied in to the website and the excellent front counter service I got when I called, and this was an A1 experience all around. Awesome service from the first call to Curtis. Friendly and professional. The electrician they sent was Kenton. He was courteous, knowledgeable, worked through ideas with me and did his utmost to ensure everything was done correctly. Other companies came to bid and were absolutely crazy high in their pricing. Kenton came in and got it done in 2.5 hours. We have more projects and will definitely call Osprey again. Forget the rest and use Osprey!!
