I Mus comment, Super knowledgeable, Helpfull and Friendly front parts and service staff. Service technicians did great 1st class work for me on my diesel pusher motor home, experience and background, competence was impressive and they were very helpful on their suggestions, much appreciated by the way. Very nice service here. We had some work to do on the RV after a long trip and before trying to resell it, they were very knowledgeable, did a great work and took care of the warranty for the parts that were still covered.

Very friendly people but unfortunately I spent a bunch of money for nothing. I showed them where I had a leak from the roof and where it was leaking down through the interior. Strangly the sealant was put below the leak and the roof wasn't even touched, and the leak wasn't fixed, which I was explained was a mis communication on their part. No refund (even partial) was offered and the problem remains. Very frustrating to pay for a service that was not rendered. Now I have to find a company that will actually do the job I've asked of them and pay for the same job to be done all over again, this time while paying even more for accommodations as our travels are already underway.

We agree with most others. I had to encourage the replacement of the original roof product and felt the standard they were going to replace was far from acceptable. Be aware of the work you are having done. This was far from keeping mother from going to the dealership for an oil change!

These guys are awesome! They did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our brand new trailer. Brand new you say? Yes! Soon after we purchased it, we had to return it to the dealer to have a factory defect repaired under warranty. What should have been a fairly straightforward procedure somehow turned into a disaster resulting in cosmetic damage and a torn roof membrane. Not the result of some unfortunate shop accident, rather the result of extremely poor workmanship. So poor, in fact, that we decided to risk forgoing the warranty process and seek an independent service shop to restore our new trailer. Our search led us to Courtenay RV Specialists. The question put to the Specialists was "can you restore our new trailer back to the new condition it should be in?" Their answer was "yes, and even better than new." As it happened, at the time they were in the process of replacing the roof on an older RV and were happy to display the work in progress. The skill and attention to detail was impressive and we felt confident in leaving our trailer in their care. Sooner than expected we received a call "would you like to come in and see your new trailer? It's done." Wow! The work they did was simply fantastic. It really looks, and is, better than new. Furthermore, they put in a special effort to fit us in during a busy time so that we could begin using our new, and as yet unused, trailer before Summer slipped away. They cared! If, like we were, you're looking for a place to service or repair you RV you really owe it to yourself, and your RV, to come in and talk to these guys. You'll be glad you did. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and reasonable shop rates. Courtenay RV Specialists is where our RV will be going from now on.. Thanks guys! PS - for those who are wondering - the factory did help with the expenses.

Byron came to my house, within an hour of contacting him, to check my RV because I believed I had a propane leak. My propane sniffer went off every time I turned the heat on. Turned out I had a rodent that chewed through the wires and needed my outdated propane sniffer changed. His van was equipped to do everything he needed...no running back to the shop to get tools or parts! He had a new upgraded propane sniffer/ carbon monoxide detector on board and installed it along with new wiring. He took the time to point out some things I could to to ensure my unwanted rat guest didn't return. I was able to pay him right on the spot using a debit/ credit card! Excellent service, super fast, and convenient! Thank You!!!!

We called two other RV places in town, but they were both too busy to help us despite the fact that we did not have working brakes or signal lights. These guys are a great help with all your rv needs. But what sets them apart is how they go above and beyond on customer service. I had walked down with my rottweiler to pick up a few things and my dog was so hot. The guys brought her into the store hand gave her a huge bucket of water then took her out back and hosed her off with cold water. Let us just hang out while she cooled down.
