Terrible experience on the phone this morning. The gentleman told me That circuit breakers were in stock but that he could not tell me a price unless I drove down Due to pricing conflict with competition retailers. Isn't that how buying building materials works? Very frustrating experience from a very unprofessional person.

I called on Saturday and got decent service, Was asked for additional information. Assumed service would be better in person but I am out of town. My wife went in on the next business day with an infant in her arms. She had the same information I provided. They assumed she was with one of the two other customers in the shop so the available salesman didn't address her. After waiting 20 minutes that salesman directed her to another salesman who told her get an electrician and that she is not allowed to do the work she described. This is not true, we are working alongside an electrician. She left feeling upset, blown off and ganged up on as two salesmen were saying this and a customer also chimed in to the unfavorable conversation. This "needing an electrician" was repeated to me when I called back, speaking with the floor manager, Timothy. He said Eecol electric and E.B Horsman & son would not deal with the public and I know this to be untrue as well. I was treated politely but left with the impression they didn't want to deal with people who don't know exactly what they want.
