Very courteous and professional staff. I changed my electrical panel from fuses to breakers and work was very clean and done on time and on schedule. The staff was also answered several of my questions to help me diagnose and repair other electrical issues that I was facing.

I had a scheduled appointment for from 10 days ago for redoing all my ceiling lights, for 8am today and they didn’t show up! At 8:15am I called them only to find out that they claim to have had an emergency till 6am this morning and were not going to show up at all! I understand emergencies happen, but not receiving a courtesy call or email to let me know, made me lose a half day of pay from work which I had to take off for this electrical stuff to be done. I find this behavior to be unprofessional! Who will compensate me for my half day off from work? I lost money. Shameful.
