Gave a two-hour window, never showed up, did not answer phone for hours. My wife scheduled an appointment to fix the light in our baby's room. They told us we would be the second call of the day and gave us an arrival window of 9-11 am. Since the problem was in the baby's room, we had to move the baby's morning nap to our bedroom in a pack and play. The baby does not particularly like the pack and play, and slept very poorly. We finally got in contact with them just before the baby's second nap time and we politely asked whether they could postpone to 3 pm, to which they said no. Anyone who has had a kid understands how important nap time is and how hard it can be when the baby misses a nap, but Mike Fuller Electric was unwilling to meet their commitment. I know scheduling can be hard, but lacking the ability to schedule is where customer expectation management comes in. Our expectations were completely mismanaged and Mike Fuller Electric refused to meet us halfway.

Great work by the Mike Fuller Electric team to address some wiring issues in an older house. Jimmy and Shaun were the expert Fuller Electric trades people on the job. They were polite, friendly, conscientious workers who emphasized health and safety practices. The scope of work included: install new external light fixtures, fix defective old wall plug wiring issues, install 15 and 30 amp plugs, swap out old plugs and switches, careful fishing of new wires through internal and external walls, cutting and repairing of drywall, cutting and sealing of external aluminum siding, and adaptation of several old 4 foot florescent tube lights to accommodate new LED "T8" replacement lighting, while using the existing florescent fixture. That florescent light fixture advice and approach saved us several hundred dollars because we did not need to buy new LED fixtures. They cleaned up any job-related mess. The owner, Mike Fuller, visited the site to discuss progress and address any concerns that we, as new house owners, had. Nice touch. Highly recommended!

Damaged my drywall & took months to "repair" it. In the end I had to hire a contractor to repair the damages he did. Then the electrician charged for installing my electric fireplace. He didn't install it. Claimed he didn't know how. Lastly the junior electrician damaged my brand new ceiling by drilling two holes for each pot light he was installing. I had to hire a contractor to repair the ceiling too. So much grief. Not worth it. I'd say avoid this company.

They always arrived prepared and on time. Employees were very courteous, knowledgeable and very approachable. I would like to add that working with a condo board and property management corporation (“engineers” included) was no cake walk during our Reno project. We asked Mike to prepare a load calculation for our in-floor heating site meeting with the condo board, property management Corp and engineers. He did just that. They know their stuff, are thorough, listen, and tell you "you are completely wrong" in the most polite way possible. I had them come in to examine some problems, provide advice, and fix an issue (no power to some outlets and lights). They installed a proper GFI outside to replace my very old and unsafe one Campeau stuck in there when the house was built. I will be reaching out to Mike and his team again next time I have a problem to solve or electrical work to be done. I recommend you call and talk to Mike instead of emailing (this coming from a Millennial).

I emailed Mike Fuller Electric with questions about a job and received a reply within minutes and, over the period of a couple of days, he worked out the scope of the job and provide an estimate. The job was planned within a week of me initially contacting him, between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm. Two electricians, who were both wonderful and knowledgeable, arrived at 10.05 am. The job was done exactly as we had envisaged and we are extremely happy. I could not recommend Mike Fuller Electric more highly.

The primary reason we chose this company was because they patch the many holes they create and they run air scrubbers at all times which greatly reduces the dust. Now that the job is complete, I have to say that the real reason to choose this company is for the electricians who are prompt, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to have in every nook and cranny of the house!
