We had an issue with our Google Nest Thermostat in our living area. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the electrician that our builder was using in over the holidays and it was quite cold through Christmas. Scott let us know that he was downtown for a meeting and could come by and help us out. He quickly identified the issue, solved it and we have heat again, which is quite nice in the winter. Thanks for being so prompt, efficient and effective @ Scott Coles, it's very appreciated.
