We had an emergency recently, and Henry was quick to jump in and help out. We smelled something burning in the garage. All the fans we were running to dry up flooding damage in the basement were somehow overloading the main 100 amp service. He replaced the disconnect panel and fuses. He communicated well throughout the day by phone and text message with picture updates, so that there were no surprises. I feel we are safe and good to go again. At the same time, he also connected up and tested our new generator to the panel for us, so that in the next power outage, at least our basic comforts will work.

Henry was requested to check out why the lights were flickering in my house. He responded immediately, checked things out, and determined this was an emergency situation, as the BC Hydro wires coming into the house had shorted out, and needed immediate attention. He arranged for BC Hydro to temporarily disconnect the service, while he replace the wires from the entry mast to the meter panel. All was done in an efficient and professional manner, and at reasonable cost. I can highly recommend his services and certainly would use him again if the need arises.
