The individual I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional and made me feel dumb and not worth his time. As a first home buyer and wanting to ensure my electrical is up to code to support a huttub. Also to possibly provide business for the future. I do not suggest going with this business just in the basis of customer service with a potential customer. I wanted to get quotes to see who is comparable and ensure that I would not be provided a higher than average price. He stated that it would not be worth his time to provide a quote and was quite rude about it.

The next time that someone calls your establishment, do not belittle them for calling before operating hours. If you do not want to take the call at ‘a quarter to seven’, then just let it go to voicemail like others would. I called to expect an answering machine, but I’m glad you picked up. I would rather burn the money than pay this company a dime with your attitude.

I contacted this company to fix some electrical issues in my basement that a Home Inspector found. We agreed that they would have to fix more than the issues that the inspector found because they cannot leave other issues not fixed. This is what we agreed on and it would cost around $400 and he told me he would call me in the morning to schedule a appointment time for the repair. The next morning he called me around 8 am and stated belittling me with his high tone of voice and seemed like a totally different person that I spoke with the day prior. He was very very rude and saying things that didn't make any sense like my heart isn't in it. I tried to ask why he is treating me like this when everything was in place the day before. But I couldn't get a word in he was just talking very angrily and loud and in the end the call he screamed "I do not want to do this job!" Then he hung up on me. This is a horrible company to deal with I would never recommend them to anybody. Nobody should be treated like this, I feel bad for the people who work for him.

Where do I begin with the so called customer service. My rental water heater broke down in Jan 2017. I called Reliance to schedule a service call with this horrible company. I was told over the phone that they do not do any service calls on weekends or after 5 during the week, yet they install this water heater on a Sunday many years ago. I told them I will not take time off work and lose income to have the water heater that I do not own repaired. I told them if it needs to be in a few weeks, I understand. I did have hot water, just not a lot. The owner of this company said he would call me back later on in the week. 6 weeks goes by. No phone call. I call up Reliance and complain about the issue again. Luckily I am handy and I diagnose the issue myself. I search online and find a part. I inform reliance that I could fix it myself, but I'm not fixing a rental unit on my own dime. Reliance then tells me that since the water heater is over 10 years old I can be free of my contract with them. I buy the part and repair it myself. FINALLY, 4 months after my first phone call from the owner, he calls me to schedule an appointment. Really??? 4 months?? Great customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would

Do not deal with this company the owner Brian is not an honest person. You will be overcharged. He charges for hours that are not done by his tech, in fact they inflate them, they do not complete the work and bill you for completion. If you question them, they put liens on your property no questions, once they are paid they call the ESA and withdraws their permit and claim that the work is incomplete and have the ESA contact you for illegal electrical work. This has been my experience. I have been in business for over 20 years and dealt with a lot of contractors and other business people, this is the by far the worst company and owner I have ever met and worked with, big mistake on my end. I am looking into having a lawyer get involved right now due to their corrupt behaviour.

Tom Wright completed a total electrical overhaul of my home during a complete renovation of upstairs and basement of my home. Kevin Kilbride of FIRST CHOICE brought Tom into the job as it entailed a complete upgrade of the whole townhouse. He listened to what I hoped to accomplish and made it happen. This was a total renovation project with a partition wall removed that included electrical to facilitate a new, big kitchen. He was methodical and very, very patient with me. His wife Meaghan had just started a new business called Solasta, so I met with her to select some light fixtures. I applaud local family business enterprises. She actually made me excited about light fixtures. That was a new experience for me. Tom installed them and accommodated my love of dimmer switches where possible. I now have all up to date wiring and switches and breaker box. It was a total home Reno project and Tom did a professional, complete, and thorough job of it. Totally recommend this business.

They wired my bathroom when i had it renovated, re-wired my basement after water damage, put in under-cabinet lights in my kitchen, and installed an outdoor plug at the back of my house where i didn't have one previously. Knowledgeable staff, quality materials, and impeccable work that's guaranteed. I wouldn't call anywhere else.

If you want it done right give Tom a call. They don’t cut corners and you will sleep well knowing that code was followed and top notch materials were used. In an age where poor workmanship is becoming the rule rather than the exception, it is good to know there are still tradesmen out there that are proud of their work.
