Just go elsewhere. The company itself is extremely disorganized and has no idea what's going on. Had to play phone-tag with them 3-4 times before I could actually book someone, and when they received my payment they "lost" it resulting in a week+ delay. Their subcontracted auditor was great, but not the worth the hassle of dealing with the company itself.

They seemed reliable at first, but once they performed the initial assessment of my home, it was a nightmare to get them to answer calls and schedule a follow up assessment. Once they finally came for the post-renovation assessment, it took them over 3 months to send in the application for me to get my rebate. I would never recommend this contractor to anybody.
