Or surprise, après vérification d'un technicien d'une entreprise concurrente, j’apprends avec stupeur qu'il m'a vendu une pompe d'occasion qu'il a fait semblant installer. Donc il a sorti une pompe de son camion, fait semblant de l'installer et me donne cette pompe en me disant "voila ton ancienne pompe défectueuse.... Après plus d'une trentaine d'appel, sous différent numéro il ne répond pas.. Donc n'encouragez pas cette compagnie, chercher vous trouverez un concurrent honnête à Châteauguay. J'aurais du lire les autres avis avant de le contacter..

The guy STOLE our MONEY from the Counter! Then rushed had us PAY him on top of the theft! He rushed out the door - no invoice, or anything. Got off with $165 dollars! I have called the office, and gave them a chance to return the stolen money before WE CALL thebPOLICE and FILE a Report. The guy who came to the house, it was a 5 minute job. After the money was stolen, he acted very strange, pretended he had other clients to get too. he acted very ansy, and in a different demeanor. We have young children here, and a baby to support! Nous rappelle et il s’excuse en disant qu’il était débordé mais qu’il va passer le lendemain entre 16 hrs et 18 hrs. Vous devinez le reste... il n’est jamais venu. Me suis fait volé $250! Comme si j’avais cet argent là à perdre par les temps qui courent, ayant perdu mon emploi à cause de la pandémie. ????. Donc, ne vous faites pas avoir. When I originally called I told the guy what the problem was & asked if my fridge was fixable because I told him I didn't want to waste his time or my money. He said it was an easy fix & came the next day to fix my fridge. Unfortunately the following day my fridge was still the same so I called back - for 8 days I called & left messages but no return phone call. When I finally got through to a person & explained what the problem was, they told me they'd be there the next day to fix the fridge again. They never showed up. I called again & only got through to a person about another week to 10 days later (continuously left messages but they never returned my call) & they said for sure they'd come by my house the next day. I got a phone call at 7pm saying that they were running really late & could they come at 8pm & I said yes. No one showed up again. I've been calling for the last 2 weeks to try to get someone to come back but they won't return my calls despite my leaving a message every day. Oh, & they never gave me a receipt so I'm assuming they're also working under the table. So if you want your appliances fixed, DON'T USE SOS! Unless if you want to get ripped off...
