Absolutely amazed with the team from Sunly! They did a fantastic job with everything. I really appreciate the care and detail they put into installing my system. They answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. I don't think there was a single moment where one of them wasn't smiling, they sure seem to love what they do! Their canine representative, Oscar, is also adorable and very friendly. The customer service is incredible (especially Danielle), you can expect your emails and calls to be returned quite quickly. I would definitely recommend Sunly to anyone considering solar panels!

My experience with Sunly was supurb. Every thing was done efficently wirh minmum fuss. At no time was I dissatified with anything that they did. The field staff was friendly and efficient, especially in inclement weather. When we asked questions, they had the answers. The field staff head called on numerous occasions asking how things were going and did we have any questions. All in all it was a great experience working with these folks. I would highy recommend Sunly if you are considering a solar installation.

I don't even know where to start... We really couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from the Sunly team! From our first meeting with Wayne, to the engineer, to the installers, everyone was amazing. I need to make special mention of Danielle, who seriously has the best customer service skills EVER. She was there every step of the way to answer my questions and to make sure that the process flowed smoothly. The product, the interest free financing, the customer service, the quality of workmanship and knowledge base (+ the awesome government incentives in PEI) make this a no brainer. It's definitely not a guarantee but they also delivered almost 4 months ahead of when they expected to be able to and we're now up and running and have already produced over 10 KW of energy in our first two days... in December... with snow on them for much of that time... Bring on the clean energy! A sincere thank you from us for making one of our dreams come true!

Hard to tell on the savings yet as we haven't had the system long. Sunly was very polite and respectful and never said anything bad about their competition, which was a large reason why we chose Sunly in the beginning because other companies did make negative comments. We have been exploring the option of solar for the last couple of years. It wasn't until Fall 2019 that we really started to move forward with the process. We contacted 3 companies regarding our project, all were fairly comparable in pricing, however, Jason from Sunly really impressed us from the initial phone call and continued to do so during his site visit/meeting. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, he presented us with a very professional and informative Proposal. We had so many questions throughout the process and he was available to answer any and all questions. He welcomed our questions and was very patient with us throughout the entire process while we decided which size unit we were going with. There was never any pressure from this company, which is a big deal for us!!!! We knew that we 100% made the right decision going with Sunly. The entire process was so easy as they handled everything. Finally came the time for installation. The on-site guys were such an absolute pleasure to have here working. It was extremely hot during our install and they put in some very long days. We installed a 12.32 kW system, 32 panels, with a ground mount system. The set-up is absolutely beautiful and seems to be so well engineered. Having an app that we can monitor our system at any time of the day to see what are panels are producing, seeing how much energy we are generating daily, weekly, monthly is so great......especially since we are visual people. I just wanted to drop a note to say what a great Team Sunly sent to my place to install my Solar Panels yesterday. They arrived just after 1:00 pm yesterday afternoon (they had come from finishing another job that morning) and the poor devils never left until after 9:00 pm. During that time they worked non stop even through snow flurries to get my Solar Panels installed. They must have been exhausted but you would never know it. You are lucky to have that entire Team especially Jamie he as he was very pleasant to deal with.

From the start to the end was very simple process. Easy to deal with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. With very low upfront cost, and 0% financing. Install took place early December and noticed a reduction in energy usage over the past 2 bills already, will be more then happy to go into winter 2021/2022 with a affordable energy cost.

They were there first thing in the morning, blew the snow off the roof, and were gone by 3. Their pre and post installation communication was very good as well!
